The Body Finder, The Hunger Games trilogy (I know; sad that I haven't read them yet, huh?), The Chicago Manual of Style, Hooked. That's what I would buy.
Oh dear. I have a hard time keeping myself at five when I'm technically broke. Um. I'd get Linger, because Shiver made me weak with jealousy. I'd buy the next two after Hunger Games because I've yet to read them despite LOVING (LOVING!) Hunger Games. And I'd save my last two selections - one for the upcoming Chelsea Cain novel (love her) and the other...for yours :-D
I just bought/downloaded several books actually. These were the top 5 on my list:
The Help by Kathryn Stockett Half Broke Horses by Jeanette Walls The Weed that Strings the Hangman's Bag (the next Flavia de Luce story - yay!) by Alan Bradley Sh*t My Dad Says by Justin Halpern The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson
Hmm! I've read many books this summer but I am at a loss for the next few reads. Thanks for the recomondations :) Loved "the Help" Also "Sarah's Keys" KEEP READING! such fun.
Russian Winter by Daphne Kalotay Neon Angel by Cherrie Currie -- (I just can't help myself!) The Confessions of Catherine De Medici by C.W. Gortner Knuffle Bunny Free by Mo Willems My Mommy Hung the Moon by Jamie Lee Curtis and Laura Cornell
1)A History of The English Speaking Peoples since 1900 by Andrew Roberts 2)The World Turned Upside Down by Melanie Phillips 3)Operation Dark Heart by Lt. Col Anthony Shaffer 4)Sacred Fire by Peter A. Lillback 5a) A journey: My political Life by Tony Blair 5b) The Roots of Obama's Rage by Dinesh D'souza
I'd buy those new books of my favorite authors... those that I usually wait until they've been out a while so that they're cheaper! Amazon guarantees that once a book has made the NYTimes bestseller list, it's only $9.99.
