Question of the Day #75

Jimmy, my friend from high school, has a meeting in LA today, so he's taking me to breakfast. I've been looking forward to seeing him all weekend.

What's a bright spot for you today?

xoxo,
Suzanne

  2. Good question! I have a houseguest coming later this week, so mostly I have housecleaning and piles of laundry to look forward to today...if my daughter finishes cleaning her room, that'll be my bright spot.

  6. The weather. Even though I'm spending the day cleaning up from our shower flooding, having it be all nice and warm enough to open all the windows brightens my mood.

  7. Besides all the ones previously mentioned by others? My kids didn't give me too hard a time after I put them to bed and now they're asleep. I can do my homework in peace.

  8. Oh and hearing You're The First, The Last, My Everything by Barry White that I mentioned in another of your posts. Nothing like hearing a song you like really loud being blasted outdoors during a water show.

  10. Sorry - I'm a day late on this one... my bright spot was when my boss (& co-owner of the company) introduced me to his business partner (from our CA office) as one of the smartest people in the building. I've always said it's not just a hat rack :)
