Question of the Day #58

If I could be anywhere right now, I would plant myself in a lounge chair on a tropical beach with ever-flowing umbrella-ed cocktails, a kind, beautiful man, blazing sun, warm breeze, steel drum band playing in the distance and no plans to ever return home.

Yep. That's where I'd be.

Where would you be if you could be anywhere right now?

xoxo,
Suzanne

  1. I'd be at a spa getting pampered to my little heart's content.
Not that crazy painful rearrange your innards place you and H went to a couple of weeks ago . . . I need something a little more relaxing.

  2. Call it a lack of imagination, but I'd like to be home right now (I'm at work), sipping a warm drink. The good part about having a lack of imagination, however, is that my dream will come true in a few hours... -Michael

  3. Very good point Michael. Your dream will come true in a few hours. Mine, unfortunately, doesn't have a shot in hell. ; )

  4. North Shore. Lying on the sand, burning up under the sun and watching surfers.

  5. Wow! I like your beach, Suzanne. Sounds very Caribbeanish. Hard to picture my own with that tranquil image in mind.

More realistically, I wouldn't mind going back to the gym to hang out in the sauna (my fake beach), but I'm on kid duty, so it's a no-go.

  6. I would SO be in a cottage with a fireplace, bottle of red wine, and big ugly comfy clothing. I would be parked in a huge chair with a stack of books beside me. *sigh*

...thanks for the question - the reverie was nice.

  7. Oh wait, it's a tie between Hanalei with the fam or Four Seasons without the kids.

  8. OMG, beach please!!!!!! Lot's of Tequilla delivered by Juan, my rediculously hot gay boyfriend. I mean really, I'd feel guilty cheating on my husband, even in a fantasy :)
