Question of the Day #57

I'm late. The celebration went long.

So, today we discussed resolutions. I've never made them. Don't like them. I think resolutions are the things you should be doing all the time.

BUT, this year, I am going to change everything. Sounds like an exaggeration, but I'm serious. I have no choice.

So what are your resolutions?

xoxo,

  1. I think I'm going to try to stop making everyone else happy & hopefully focus on my own happiness for a change. Might sound simple, but putting myself before others is very difficult for me.

  2. I don't like resolutions, but I am doing goals for this year. And I am working up a daily schedule which, when practiced, shows me the vast amounts of free time I really do have. I accomplish a lot more, I have less guilt because I am not putting off something I should be doing. But I really do hate being scheduled. *sigh*

  3. Realistically I only have one. To not live in squalor. I desperately want to get rid of the piles of crap in my house and not let more take their place. I want to try to keep Z from turning things to junk the minute they cross the door step into our house. I want to get the kids to help me keep the house somewhat organized, and by that I only mean it won't look like a landfill. Is that asking too much?

  4. No resolutions. Ever. It's too depressing when they get broken.

Like Sarah, though, I did establish some goals for myself, at least on the writing front, which I just finished typing up on my writing blog.
