Question of the Day #707

If you were to put something in a time capsule, what would it be?

I'd put my latest manuscript in it since it feels rather timely to me.

  1. My scrapbooks, I'm sure. And a few teeny-tiny baby outfits that my kids fit into once upon a time.

  2. My kobo. Just so they can see what geeks were reading back when;0)

  3. From a technological pov, I'd put a cell phone, a credit card, and maybe some car keys in there, since they'll all be incredibly antiquated in 50 years.

  4. My computer. It probably contains the most comprehensive snapshot of who I am, and where we are at in our time.

  5. I'd put in some seed packets so people could see what we were eating, then I'd put in my copy of NOTES FROM UNDERGROUND, my query letter and my manuscript in the hopes that in the afterlife I will finally get an agent! :)

  6. Hmmmm, maybe I'd put a paper and an electronic version of a book. I wonder which one would still be readable in 100 years. ;)just saying...

  9. I think I'd put the photos of my family, some of which go back well over a 100 years. They tell a story all by themselves.
