Question of the Day #1,099

A while back, I made an iTunes playlist of "spooky" songs for a Halloween party. "Werewovles of London" and "Runnin with the Devil" played with "The Addams Family Theme" and "Jaws Theme."

Right now, around Halloween, those songs are a little like Christmas Carols at Christmas.

What's your favorite "spooky" song?

xoxo,
Suzanne

  2. I have a spooky playlist too for Halloween! I like your ideas for it!
Some songs on mine are "Scream" and "Nightmare" by Avenged Sevenfold, "Vampires will Never Hurt You" by My Chemical Romance, "Thriller" by MJ, "Dragula" by Rob Zombie, "Psycho" by Puddle of Mudd, and "Poison" by Alice Cooper.

  4. Classical for me: two choices: The Sorcerer's Apprentice, by Paul Dukas (part of Disney's Fantasia), and A Night on Bald Mountain by Moussorgsky.

  5. We have a whole playlist for Halloween, generally played during pumpkin carving. My favorites are from a CD that was done by Lemony Snicket to accompany the Series of Unfortunate Events books. I like the one about Count Olaf that if you see him, "scream and run away. Run run run run run run run run run. Or die die die die die die die die die die."

  6. "Mommy! Can I go out and kill tonight?"
Heh-pretty much anything by the Misfits. They're influenced by the whole horror film genre and I love their sound.
