I am so cold. I'm wearing a thermal shirt, a wool hoodie, jammy pants, socks and woolly slippers and my feet, nose and hands are ice blocks.
It's 68 degrees in the house. It's not like it's 50. I exercise. I eat whole foods. There is no reason I should spend the first three hours of every morning shivering.
It's seriously annoying.
What annoys you about how your body runs?
xoxo,
Suzanne
I need too much sleep! Seriously, while some people can get by with eight, seven, or even five5 hours of sleep a night, I'm a mess if I don't get at least nine hours. Give me ten and I can solve the worlds problems. Alas, I rarely get more than seven so I'm almost always a little bit of a jerk.
ReplyDeleteI am the opposite! I am always so hot and it's annoying as heck!!
ReplyDeleteThe thing I hate the most about how my body runs is my need for waaaayyyyyy too much sleep. I always say if I could change one thing about myself it would be to need very little sleep. I need at least 7-8 hours to function and could use 10-12 every night when possible.
My nose runs when I'm walking and that's a total pain in the ass.
ReplyDeleteThere. Don't you feel better knowing? ;)
Are you pregnant? Running cold and hot? Im usually hot.
ReplyDeleteI have such a slow metabolism that it has taken me 4 years of diet and exercise to lose 60 pounds. I average 1/2 a pound a week.
ReplyDeleteI do have a thyroid issue, but it is medicated. Even walking 10 miles a week isn't kicking it up.
I don't get enough sleep. I wake up several times throughout the night. I can honestly say that it's been over 4 years since I got a solid night's sleep. *yawn*
ReplyDeleteWhen I can't sleep. That makes me SO nuts.
