One of my BFF's little ones wrote the following Christmas List to Santa:1. A real dog.
2. A real cat.
3. A real computer.
4. A shooting star.

What's cuter than that?!
Do you have any cute "Dear Santa" stories to share?

Nothing as remotely cute as that :-D
ReplyDeleteI guess those robotic pets don't go over as well as manufacturers had hoped!
ReplyDeleteI loved seeing the "real" in that letter. There is so much in our world that is not real anymore.
ReplyDeleteOne year Nathan left a blank line for Santa to leave his signature on a letter.
New reader, follower #100 for you (I'm just saying).
ReplyDeleteWhen my children were little & we had a strict budget, my son & I cut out pictures of wreaths from the side of a semi-destroyed cardboard shoebox. We punched holes through the bow parts and strung them on black yarn. Before we hung them from the tree I wrote my son's name on the front inside the wreath and then asked him what his Christas wish might be, so that I could write it on the back.
To this day, 15 years later, it is the one 'ornament' that makes me smile & cry at the same time. Here's what it says:
"I wish I was a rich, rich, rich person when I grow up. I'd help other people - my kids, EVERYBODY in the whole wide world!" Lukas, 6 years old.
Wow ... those are some big requests! :-) Too cute!
