Every morning I go to the office, I pull into the parking garage and the woman in the attendant booth waves at me. Sometimes she's singing. Other times she's dancing. She's always smiling. A big, huge, joyful smile.
This woman stands in a booth, in a parking garage all day and she's having the time of her life.
Who or what reminds you to maintain a positive attitude?

Suzanne
That is awesome. I bet she starts everyone's day out with a smile!
ReplyDeleteWhen it is sunny like today, I can't help but have a positive attitude!
Great question. Hate to be cheesy, but I'm going with handsome husband. he reminds me everyday how awesome my life is :-)
ReplyDeleteMy little girl. Everyday.
ReplyDeleteThe guy who bags my groceries. So friendly and upbeat every single week.
ReplyDeleteThere's a girl who works as a corner sign-holder in my neighborhood. Not only does she hold her sign, she twirls it and dances some fierce moves the whole time she's on duty, always with a big smile.
ReplyDeleteThe lunch lady at my kids' school. What she has to deal with! And she's always smiling.
ReplyDeleteListening to the speeches of Ronald Reagan. They are so inspiring and positive, he loved his country and made a point of expressing it all the time. I grew up in a staunchly Democratic household that bashed Reagan on a regular basis, ironically Reagan used to be a Democrat, but Reagan was always in my ear during very formative years of my 10-18 telling me that America was the greatest country in the world, the last defense against totalitarianism, and that shining city on a hill.
ReplyDeleteAnyone who can emulate that wonderful woman in your parking garage booth!
ReplyDeleteSo much -- my kids, my kitten, even the weather or season changes.
