While making gingerbread cookies, B asked, (Yes, he bakes! How cool is that?) "What's your favorite cookie?"
Mine are oatmeal raisin and chocolate chip. I just asked B and he said he thinks his faves are chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin with gingerbread rounding up third place. What about you?

ReplyDeleteGinger thins--luckily for me a certain store carries perfect ones so I don't have to bake. I used to love to bake but want to do other things now it seems.
ReplyDeleteChocolate chip!
ReplyDeleteGinger Snaps!!! There's a great recipe on Epicurious that uses crystallized ginger. They have real zip!
ReplyDeleteI love cookies that anyone else makes:)
ReplyDeleteespecially chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin. I think we are in trouble here :)
I am trying to lose some weight so I have not been eating things like cookies...I know, party pooper answer...
ReplyDeleteChocolate chip. Russian tea cookies are a close second.
ReplyDeleteMy family recipe snickerdoodles. Those things have made me gain sooooo much weight. http://delightfuldelicacies.blogspot.com/2008/03/moms-snickerdoodles.html
ReplyDeleteI think they bake differently at different altitudes. I visited my cousin in New York and made them and they ended up rising way more than the cookies do in Utah. They were still super tasty, although they lacked the crunchy outside, gooey inside that I love so much about them.
My all time favorite are lemon coolers. Or those store brand coconutty cookies. Or Girl Scout cookie Samoas.
ReplyDeleteI do love chocolate chip though. Who doesn't? I think I like all cookies with the exception of peanut butter...
White fudge covered Oreos for store bought. Probably Snickerdoodles for homemade.
