Question of the Day #188

Today, H and I hiked Diamond Head, a crater formed after a volcanic explosion thousands of years ago. An army fort was built into the crater before World War One and we got to stand on the look out tower.

To get there, we hiked up trails, pounded up stairs and skulked through tunnels. On the way down, H said, "Look Suz! There's the light at the end of the tunnel."

And to think, I'd almost thought it had disappeared. So have you seen any glimpses of the light at the end of the tunnel lately? If so, what did it look like?

xoxo,
Suzanne

  5. I loved the pictures. No lights lately for me but it reminded me of a short story. After a friend of mine had a major heart attack he was talking about the experiance. He made the comment that "all that talk about seeing the light when you died was bologna because he died twice during the operation and he didn't see any light". He is a cantankerous old man so I told him "maybe the light was behind you" :)

  6. Light at the end of the tunnel? It's called retirement. In like 50 years.
