Sadly, this question is easy for residents of New York City as well.I enjoy public radio. The BBC in the morning works. Sometimes music.
I listen to CBC (talk radio). I also like to people watch.
I don't get caught in traffic much here, but that's what I'd do, too.
I listen to NPR.
I pass. "Traffic" in Montana means the car in front of you isn't going fast enough. ;)
Bay area residents are not far behind you in the traffic department.
Sitting on the tram, I normally pop in some headphones. It's good people watching though, slice of life.
I always take the subway, streetcar, or bus. I listen to my music on my blackberry or just people-watch. Always interesting in Toronto, lol!
