My friend D's birthday was yesterday. D has always been a fan of my meatballs, so I cooked some up, along with some sausage and peppers and packaged them up like a birthday present.
Around midnight, I received the picture above.

My kids are easy to please, my wife also. They took me to a baseball game recently, that was pretty great....

ReplyDeleteI'm the type of person who goes all out for a "perfect gift".
Last Christmas, I got my boyfriend a donation to the Covenant House and tickets to a Kesha concert. It was great because part of it was donating money (he's big on volunteering and helping those who need it) and tickets to a concert is something we can do together! For his birthday, I did another donation and got him this cool personalized t-shirt, baked him some cookies, and made a delicious dinner for him (Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole ... I have the recipe as one of my blog posts!).
I love gift giving :p
