I can't sleep again, so I got up to do some work. After drafting a document, I turned around to my bed, saw it buried under paperwork and decided not to get in it. Instead, I walked to the kitchen and opened the refrigerator. I looked at the food in it, and thought, "Thank god I am not a night eater."
Being awake in the middle of the night is hard enough to work through or pray through. Eating through it would be really bad.
What habit are you thankful you don't have?

Smoking.
ReplyDeleteI was awake in the night too, stumbling around in the light of the full moon. Even the rooster was confused and crowing!
Drugs and such.
ReplyDeleteIt must have been a restless night for many. Hubby and I were both up too.
Smoking.
ReplyDeleteI kicked all my bad habits seven years ago before my son was born, my life is waaaaayyyyyyy better.
ReplyDeleteI'm thankful I don't have a fast food habit. Fast Food chains gross me out.
ReplyDeletesmoking....had I ever started, I fear I'd never have been able to stop.
ReplyDeleteSmoking, definitely. That would be the worst.
ReplyDeleteNice article, thanks for the information.
ReplyDeleteNight eating! I used to do that and no matter how well I'd eat during the day, the nighttime stuff would blow it for me.
ReplyDeleteRena
Glad I don't smoke. I hear it's dreadful to quit.
ReplyDeleteSmoking is a big one. Same with night eating. Glad I don't have either of them! I wish I didn't have the bad habit of procrastination and distraction! Hah.
