I just spilled water on my nightstand. That forced me to pick everything up and analyze it. There's an alarm clock, a picture of me and my mom, a picture of me, my mom and my stepfather, a picture of my cutie niece, a little wooden pig given to me by Lady A for luck, Granny's rosary, two pieces of iron, for strength, given by my friend, Nancy and, of course, earplugs.
What's on your nightstand and what does it say about you?

Suzanne
A printer. It means I have a small house. ;)
ReplyDeletea gigantic stack of books that i've either read or plan to read, a lamp, breathe-rite strips (allergies), a picture of my daughter, a picture of someone I miss very much & my alarm clock...oh, and lots of dust.
ReplyDeleteNo nightstand everything is still back in sacramento in storage....
ReplyDeleteHmmm? A soap stone figure that I really don't like. A ceramic "fake" coffee cup I love. Books, I hope to read. An alarm clock, I rarely need.
ReplyDeleteAND misc. stuff. What a mess! I need to correct that right now! Thanks!
Reads. A lot. And requires a lot of chapstick.
ReplyDeleteOn one side of the bed: alarm clock I don't use, lamp, coaster, candle, phone, ipods (2) that I no longer use. On the other side: digital camera, batteries, ipod nano (that I use), stack of books, journals, cords, kleenex.
ReplyDeleteI have some serious clutter to purge. I haven't even described my desk, closet, or under the bed!
I don't really have one. I have random stuff on either side of my bed! The stuff that usually makes it to that area is: chapstick, cell phone, alarm clock, hairbrush.
ReplyDeleteInteresting to think about. Tissues, for allergies. Glasses case for, well, glasses. Lotion that smells nice. Books that I may want to read before falling asleep but never seem to get to. A gift to me from each of my girls - a small bear and a crocheted mini-bag. It's a pretty decent representation.
