Question of the Day #479

So you know that hypothetical question - your house is burning down, what do you grab?

Due to that awful earthquake in Chile, there are tsunami advisories in California for later this afternoon. I have to go to work now, so I'm standing in my room asking myself, what do I take with me? Clearly, I can't pack all my personal belongings in my car, so I'm taking my computer with me. Because my writing is the most important thing to me. And when it comes down to it, that's all I really need.

So, say there's a tsunami advisory where you live, what do you take with you?

  1. My bunnies, my passport, and photo albums. In that order.

  2. I should probably go look at the news websites now, but mainly it's just people, pets, and laptops.

  3. A special blanket & beloved stuffed animal & birth certificate for my daughter (oh & diapers too) and pictures, laptop & passport for me.

  4. Wife and daughter first, then my laptop. My wife might add the Keurig coffee maker. :-)
