"What's a good question?" LD asked her six and a half year old.
"For what?" she asked.
"We need a good question. What do you want to know today?"
S looked up at the ceiling, deep in thought.
"What are we going to do today?" she asked.
"That's a good question," I said.
"Mom, can we go to Chuck E Cheese today?"
"Oh no," I said.
What will you do today?

Suzanne

ReplyDeleteYoga, picking up a friend from the airport, lunch, silent movie and drinks tonight. Lady A.
ReplyDeleteA little shopping, taking my daughter to a birthday party, cleaning and laundry, finally getting some sorely ignored plants into the new garden bed, working on my new art project, and then collapsing into a bucket of contentment at the end of the day. :)
ReplyDeleteFinally drive home. I've been gone for nine days now.
ReplyDeleteBeach!
ReplyDelete...then maybe Chuck E Cheese.
Still working on my online class and then back to work at the Maroon 5 show. Boooo!
ReplyDeleteIt's tax-free weekend and I have a $10 JCPenney coup so I'm heading to the mall. I need cute new shirts for vacation.
ReplyDeleteToday, I'm going to be job hunting and house hunting! Hopefully I will find something good today :). I'll also be working a bit.
