Question of the Day #849

My sister in law wrote, "So where's the good news kids? I could really use some good news this week" as her Facebook status.

In response, my brother linked to the video above.

The video cracked me up. Not only because it's hilarious, but because I've been writing training materials all week and when it reaches the part about reviewing what the participants learned, well, the results are exactly what an Instructional Designer doesn't want.

Anyway, what was the last thing that made you laugh?

xoxo,
Suzanne

  4. I don't know who this kid in the video is, but good lord - I thought I had time on my unemployed hands. Last I laughed was this morning, I am dog sitting my bro's dog & she cracks me up simply acting like the goofball she is!

  5. Loved it! Though I could not stop looking at those manicured eyebrows. Now I'm off to sing that song in my head over and over again. Because I know I will...

  6. This totally did it for me. Being an instructional designer, I loved the pop quiz too. :D ...and I love that the people who know me, truly know how to make me laugh.

  7. Is he trying to mimick The Wiggles with those colors?

Last thing that made me laugh was a typo someone posted on my FB wall. His should have said 'dock' but he typed 'dick' instead. In its content, it was hilarious.

  8. A line from Sheldon on The Big Bang Theory and then a comment on another blog. The guy was commenting about husbands who sit and wait in the mall while their wives shop. He called it The Dead Pecker Bench.

  9. Last night my husband and I painted our upstairs bathroom. Well, I wanted to leave the window open to ventilate the room overnight but of course (being paranoid me) I was afraid someone would crawl in through the window. Then, boom, I came up with a solution!

Me: "Let's just lock the bathroom door and keep the window open. I can use the tiny screwdriver to unlock the door in the morning."

Husbands response: "You realize the robber can just unlock the door from the inside, right?"

Hey, if you can't laugh at yourself...
