Question of the Day #843

Is anyone planning a vacation? Vacationing isn't exactly in my budget right now, so I'd like to live vicariously through you.

Where are you planning on going?

xoxo,
Suzanne

  1. Jeez I always have several vacations on the radar. I live for traveling, like the reason God put me on this planet is to explore the earth. I have a work trip to Paris in March so will piggyback a little vacation on that. We are deciding between St Maarten, Anguilla or Antigua for the spring. And a ton of places on my "bucket list of places to visit."

  2. And Suz - you live in a vacation spot so whatevs. You don't need to go anywhere!

  3. We're going to Disneyworld in May. Rick and the boys have been, but it will be my first time.

  4. Don't have any specific plans, but I go home to the Virgin Islands every summer, does that count?

  5. Yes! In late spring and I will paint, and seal the driveway, and....
    You want to come with???

  6. Alberta -- seeing the badlands and Rockies. Something I've always wanted to do. Saving for it certainly makes the budget tight though.

  7. I'm feeling it's time to load up the backpack and set sail again. I have my sight set on New Zealand, Australia, southeast asia, ending in Nepal. South america is another dream to be fulfilled. But yes, I'm saving my pennies and planting the seeds. Nothing is firm yet, but something is happening. It feels the same when I left for central america. Not sure where I'll end up, but I'm going. Aaaaaah! :)

  8. Our older son and I are planning a trip to Chile's Torres Del Paine National Park in March. We'll fly to Santiago, then to Punta Arenas, take a bus to the park and then have over a week to hike and camp in the wilderness. Can't think of a better way to celebrate my 70th birthday!
