I'm not very exciting when it comes to cars, especially compared to my husband who just got himself a flashy sports car that everyone seems to notice. Right now, I'd love to own and Audi A4 Avant. I consider it practical luxury for a family. :)
There's been a long standing joke in our family for years from just that question. My sons played that game back when they were 16 and dreamung of cars. They'd pick up the used car books att the grocery store and pick out the super sporty models. Then they would ask, "Dad, what kind of car do you want." My answer: "A Ford Focus." I now drive my "dream" car.
Funny, my son just asked me this. He's almost eleven and just got into cars. I've never really cared what car I have as long as it didn't break down on me (and believe me, I've had a few that have!) With three kids and two dogs, I need a big one because we take a lot of road trips. We have a suburban now, but I guess if I could afford anything I'd take a Cadillac Escalade hybrid! :)

ReplyDeleteRight now it would be a Volvo XC90. Not all that thrilling I suppose but it's the perfect car for me.
