Question of the Day #1,291

I am generally a positive person, but right now, I feel like nothing is easy. I try to accomplish one thing and something else blocks my way. Then I have to figure out how to get past that block before I can get anywhere near the track I need to persue to reach the primary goal.

This entire week, I can't seem to get past Point A.

What do you do when you feel like you're hitting a brick wall?

Suzanne

  1. I saw this on Facebook and had to come over to answer right away because I feel like this ALL THE TIME lately. I can't say that what I do works, but I throw myself a pity party and then move on. I also try to be positive, but I know how hard it gets.

I've grown attached to a bit from Dr. Horrible... "everything happens." Not everything happens for a reason, just everything happens.

  2. Hmm, when I'm feeling really frustrated or stuck, I guess I just step back from the wall and relax into the idea that maybe I don't need to do anything right now and the next right step will appear when things have shifted. Other forces are at work beyond my control. Trust that you can move forward when it's right. I like the Zen adage, "Nature never hurries, yet everything is accomplished." Love you! Lady A
