When I was working, the drive was about 12 miles. Took anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes depending on traffic and weather. I drove.
Some days I do. It's about a 20-25 minute drive, half of it through the country which is great. The other days I work from home, about once or twice a week.
I live and work in NJ, therefore I drive. I drive 12 minutes to daycare then 10 minutes to my office, all of which is through backroads and meandering hills, meadows, and farms. I see tons of horses and wildlife. The commute is a delight. Work, not so much.
About 45-50 minutes. During rush hour, it's about an hour. I take transit - ohhh the lovely subway!I calculate my route as 15 minutes walking, 15 minutes on one subway, 10 minutes on the next subway. Of course, there is waiting involved as well, so that's why I always say about 50 minutes. On a good day though, it only takes me 40!
Bay area rapid transit to berkeley!! Its awesome.
It takes me about 25 minutes total (including dropping my daughter off at preschool). Usually I drive my Mitsubishi but this week I'm rockin' the Audi A4.
