How do you fit exercise into your routine?

  1. I go up the ladder. Then I do something with wires. Then I go down the ladder. Then I move the ladder. Then I do the whole business all over again. Why I don't have buns of steel by now, I'll never know.

  3. With will power. I walk every day, which I always enjoy once I get out there. And I do Pilates at least once a week.
