One of my favorite parts about a roadtrip home is rehashing events of the trip. The, "What? You didn't see that?" And the, "He said that?" And the, "Oh yeah, but did you see when that guy did ___________?"
It makes the fact that you feel like you're driving backwards much easier to deal with.

ReplyDeleteI love when something unexpected happens on the trip home. Meaning, something pleasant, like a side trip or seeing something we didn't intend on stopping to see.
