tricky topic Suz. i would love shorter work days but as it is now there is not enough time to get everything done, and i have not had a vacation since 2006 & technically i get over 4 weeks a year paid. so goes either way.....
More vacation days I think. I don't mind working long days. Like at work, I will work 9-10 hour days and I'd rather do that and only work like 4 days a week versus regular hours, 5 days a week.

I would rather have both. Plenty of vacation days (we should all have at least four weeks like they do in Europe) AND a shorter work day.
