Question of the Day #1,224

I just read an article about a man who is attempting to row a boat from Miami to New York to raise money for Alzheimer's research.

Do you know someone who goes to extremes for a cause they believe in?

  1. Just saw on the Global News (Calgary) that an Edmonton man is starting a bicycle trip from the southern tip of South America to the north coast of Alaska to raise money for research into the causes (and, hopefully, cure) for Autism.

That's an awesome commitment. Hope he does well.

  3. Yeah, many of my friends run and walk for causes. Some jump in icy waters in the winter. Another one of my friends just donated a kidney. Amazing people.
