My eye is twitching. It started yesterday while packing, cleaning, and doing other moving chores, which we have now nicknamed "Labor Camp."
I went to bed early, slept almost 10 hours and woke to more eye twitching. The natural cause would be stress, right? I'm definitely stressed. No doubt about it. But usually I get pain in my shoulders and neck or I have nightmares. Now this. A twitchy eye? Seriously?
How does stress manifest itself in your body?

I get migraines and panic attacks!! Trade you symptoms!!
ReplyDeleteMy neck and shoulders hurt, headaches, and lots of binge eating.
ReplyDeleteWhen I get stressed, my shoulders get super tight which then makes my neck wonky, and then leads to migraines. UGH.
ReplyDeleteI break out like a teenager, fun huh? If you could see me now, you'd know I'm stressed!
ReplyDeleteToo funny. I get a twitchy eye, too, right where my dark circles are. Looks wild when I look in the mirror.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a nice relaxing weekend!
My stomach bothers me and messes up my relationship with my good friend Coffee.
ReplyDeleteUgh. Headaches, sleeplessness and complete exhaustion. When I'm under extreme stress, I break out in major hives.
ReplyDeleteThere is tension in the shoulders, and I go to bed thinking of the problem.
ReplyDeleteEvery finals week, I'd get a twitch under my eye. It'd start out as an occasional flicker, then eventually it became a pulsebeat.
ReplyDeleteToday, I get the occassional flicker. Guess I'm not as stressed as I was back then. (Hah!)
