Wind Chimes. Love Them or Hate Them?

My neighbor has wind chimes. They annoy me. I know they're supposed to be slightly magical and calming. They probably have cleansing energy and psychological effects I could benefit from.

But they just keep reminding me they're there.

I get the feeling wind chimes are a love it or hate it kind of thing. What about you? Do you love or hate wind chimes?
