  3. Hughes Net. All tech help is in India, and believe me, it sucks. Plus the connection speed was only slightly better than dialup.

  4. Home Depot - they pulled a bait and switch for installation on a new water heater (we called someone else).

  5. Canada Revenue Agency. So. Very. Painful. To the point that I have let them keep some money owed to me just so I wouldn't have to deal with them any more.

    Honourable mention goes to Bell and Rogers, the two communications giants in Canada. Equally as horrible as each other when it comes to customer service.
