I almost always eat an egg (for protein so my brain cooperates) for breakfast. And then, um, I almost always eat chocolate during the day. I swear my brain needs that, too. :)
If I could find a banana everyday that was just the right ripeness, I would eat one every day, too. I have no foods that I eat every day...but I drink Diet Coke. Every day.
No joke, I seriously think I eat chocolate every day. Mostly dark, but I think I could probably give it a rest, no matter how many health benefits I think I'm claiming.
well i do not eat everyday at all sometimes, but i do have a cup of tea every morning! does that count
