Question of the Day #1,199
I just thought, "It's a million o'clock and I have yet to write a question!"
I say, "It's a million o'clock" a lot. When I'm out with friends and I don't realize how late it is. When I get sucked up in TV and suddenly notice it's way past my bedtime. And, of course, whenever I'm late.
How do you express time getting away from you?
xoxo,
Suzanne

Whenever my husband and I are running late we always say "We're burning daylight!!"
ReplyDeleteI feel so literal after reading this.
ReplyDeleteUm...I don't think I can swear on this blog, can I?
ReplyDeleteWith one of my favorite movie quotes - "We are wasting valueless time."
ReplyDeleteJust that time flies especially with my kids.
ReplyDeleteAfter a day of whatever time wasted (not really)
ReplyDeleteW and I say "well, another day shot to h..."
Sometimes you really need that.
Nothing profound.
ReplyDeleteProbably "Where does the time go?"
or "Holy crap, I'm late!" :)
I like your saying. I don't think I've said anything in particular, other than the usual.
