I love rice, p...A day late, but I have to chime in. I love rice, particularly brown rice. I can eat it plain with butter or embellished with stir fry veges or slivers of meat. My daughter loves omlettes of rice, feta and spinach.<br />But I alternate with days of baked potato or penne but never together. I don't stray too far from my favorite starches. :DTricia J. ...My situation is the exact opposite of Ara's. <br /><br />I was raised on potatoes. My wife has 100 different recipes for rice and served it with everything. It was only a matter of time before we had rice with rice.
